Natasha is a registered psychologist providing supportive, evidence-based telehealth therapy for people navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, and life transitions, including the challenges of parenthood. Natasha has extensive experience using CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed approaches and works collaboratively to create a safe, accepting space that supports insight, coping skills, and emotional wellbeing.
