Mums Matter clinician
Louisa Kitchin
Louisa offers telehealth psychological therapy to women experiencing perinatal concerns. She is particularly interested in the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can arise during this time, as well as supporting women and families to navigate grief and loss. Becoming a parent can reshape how a person understands themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world. Louisa offers a warm, collaborative, and reflective space to explore these difficult and meaningful experiences, supporting relief from distressing symptoms while strengthening connection, adjustment, and emotional support, drawing from interpersonal and attachment-informed therapy.
