Danielle Thomas

Danielle is a Registered Psychologist who works alongside clients to create a safe, compassionate space for meaningful change. She takes a strengths-based, collaborative approach, ensuring each person’s goals, values, and lived experiences guide the therapeutic process. Danielle draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches to support clients in building insight, developing practical coping skills, and moving toward lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling. Her work is trauma-informed, grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
