Allegra Styles

Allegra is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has experience working across university, school, and private practice settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan, with a particular interest in women’s mental health. Allegra offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where individuals can feel safe to explore their experiences and seek support. She works with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, grief and loss, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Allegra draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
